About Phil Soren
Hailing from Paris, France, Phil Soren started his DJ career in 1992 under the name of DJ Drym’z. Originally coming from the rave scene and the techno underground parties, he’s been actively performing in all types of events (clubs, raves, radios, TV shows). In 1994 he formed one of Paris’ most influential techno artists collective: the “NRV Big Bang DJs” with fellow DJs Aktarus, Hipnoise, Naomix, and Rabbiax & Randy.
Together they produced many successful parties and performed alongside many international DJs such as Alix, Alton Miller, Barbara Power, Bertrand, David Chong, Derrick May, Dr No, Engel, Francesco Farfa, Guy Sebbag, Heyoka, Jerome Pacman, John Thomas, Laurent Garnier, Les boucles Etranges, Maya Solaris, Mazen, Miss Kittin, Mister Oz, Olivier Moreau, Patrice Strike, Radium, Stephanovich, Sonic, and many many more.
As one of France’s Techno leaders, he continues to develop new activities that express his creativity, by organizing many successful house and techno events throughout France including “London VS Paname” “Triangle” and “27 bis.” In addition to his success as DJ and promoter, he’s recorded several mix compilations and has produced and remixed many standout tracks for labels such as Definite Recordings, Proton Limited, Freaks Culture, Maquina Music, and more.
